In this project, we were asked to plan a house for a young couple that included a rental unit. The house is situated on a mountain slope and therefore planned in levels.

The design concept was to create a separation between the different parts, which we accomplished by “deconstructing” the structure into two living levels, which are connected as a cube turned half a circle toward the outside view, with the rental unit at a ground level parallel to the street.
